Patrick Parsons - Managing Director

Patrick is an Australian born and trained Quantity Surveyor, graduated 1979, and Registered Building Contractor in Queensland . His experience in Australia has included new build retail units, commercial warehousing, projects for both the Commonwealth of Australia and Queensland Governments varying from Defence and Education to Agriculture and CSIRO (Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation), new residential subdivision, and numerous commercial and industrial refurbishment projects including Oil Company Petrol Stations.

Patrick has lived in the UK, with his wife and daughter, since March 2001.

During the last five years, employed as Contractor's QS / Estimator in Britain, he has been involved in numerous projects varying in value from £60,000 to £1,600,000 and totalled approx £14 M. Amongst these were John Lewis / Waitrose refurbishments (Approx 19), new build and refurbishment of Schools for Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire Counties and multiple University of Luton and Kent refurbishments. He has Project Managed Civil Works including pump and underground fuel tanks for standby generator sets at QEII Hospital Welwyn Garden City works associated with new high level gantry around Nestle Manufacturing Plant at Staines .
